1. Delivery Locations & Timeline
- We deliver across Gurugram and nearby areas, including B‑33, IDC Mehrauli Road, Sector‑14.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made or bespoke pieces may take 3–7 weeks for preparation before shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
Charges vary based on item size, delivery location, and installation complexity.
Exact delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order — either during checkout or shortly after placing the order.
3. Pickup & In-Home Delivery
- Curbside Delivery: Delivered to your ground floor or doorstep.
- In-Home Delivery & Installation: Our trained team will handle setup. Please inspect your item carefully before they leave the premises.
4. Delivery Delays
Timelines provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or production-related reasons.
In the event of a delay, we will promptly update you with revised delivery timelines.
5. Inspection & Acceptance
- Upon delivery, we request that you inspect the item for any damage, missing components, or mismatches.
- Report issues immediately before signing the delivery acknowledgment.
Please note: After acceptance, damage claims will not qualify for free replacement.
6. International Delivery
Currently, we focus on domestic deliveries within India.
Out-of-state or international deliveries can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote including shipping, duties, and applicable fees.

- For non-defective items, a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customized or made-to-order items are considered final sale once production begins.
