1. Order Cancellation
Before Production/Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
- To cancel your order, please contact us promptly via email or phone.
After Production/Dispatch:
- Cancellations requested after this period may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the production stage and level of customization.
- Customized or made-to-order items are generally non-cancellable once production has begun.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs of the issue are required for assessment.
Incorrect Products:
- If the delivered product does not match your order specifications, please inform us within 48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that have been used, altered, or installed
- Items not in original packaging or missing original accessories/documentation
3. Return Process
Initiation:
Contact us at suhanainterior6@gmail.com or call 9211637866 / 8810481429 within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
Assessment:
Our team will assess the issue based on the information and photographs provided.
Pickup & Inspection:
- If eligible, we will arrange for the pickup of the product.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Processing:
Upon successful inspection, the refund will be credit to the original payment method within 7β10 business days. Damage, Detected and replacement product will be delivered in 7 to 1o working days.Β We accept returns in 10 days.
4. Additional Notes
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to our error.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Color & Size Variations: Minor variations in color or size due to screen settings or handcrafted nature are not considered defects.
